How Do I Move the Taskbar Back to the Bottom?

My taskbar’s on the right/left/top side of my screen. How do I move the taskbar back to the bottom where it belongs?

1. Right click in an unused area of the taskbar.
2. Make sure that the "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked.
3. Left click and hold in that unused area of the taskbar.
4. Drag the taskbar to the side of your screen on which you want it.
5. Release the mouse.
6. Now right-click, and this time, ensure that "Lock the taskbar" is checked.
